1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the EasyTrans application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
EasyTrans is a mobile application that allows users to scan and manage IPTV subscription credentials using optical character recognition (OCR) technology. The App stores and organises credential information securely on our servers.
3. User Accounts
To use the App you must register with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Subscription and Payments
EasyTrans offers a free trial period followed by paid subscription plans. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
- Trial period: as displayed in the App at the time of registration.
- Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancellation: you may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to:
- Store or process credentials for illegal IPTV services or pirated content.
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property in the App are owned by or licensed to EasyTrans. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyTrans shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
